Quality Street Large Easter Egg, 315g

My elderly mother in her 90’s loves chocolate.This was a gift for Mother’s Day, she kept it until Easter and every time I called she spoke of mySpecial gift to her and how much she had just been enjoying another delicious flavor.She said the packaging was so pretty and it made her feel very special.

Parcel delivered as promised but on opening egg completely obliterated - not sure if totally demolished or simply not there - bought as present - too ashamed to give it and don't want to not give anything. Unable to contact seller. Am furious. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.Update - now opened egg - looks like been opened by someone and smashed. As exposed to cardboard and air cannot eat in case.

Great flavour

This order the egg was all smashed up, l reported the error but got no reply,there was no sign of damage to the outer packaging, so l assume it occurred before transport, l did not pursue to return the order as it was too near Easter, also you have to brake the egg up to eat it

The item arrived in a box in perfect condition, however when the egg was opened on Easter Sunday the egg was completely smashed and not even in the foil that it is supposed to be wrapped in, hence to say it went straight into the bin untouched as who knows who had been messing with it, especially as the foil was crumpled up inside the “sealed” box

This was for my eldest daughter's boyfriend. Lovely chocolates.

I AM SURE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT, BUT COULDN;T GIVE AS THE GIFT I WANTED. HAD TO GET BOX OF CHOCS ,WHICH DIDN'T HAVE THE SAME APPEAL AND LED TO MORE COST. I USED THE TINY PIECES TO MAKE CHOC CAKE....A RATHER EXPENSIVE CAKE. SHALL NOT BE PURCHASING DELICATE ITEMS AGAIN.
