Although the whitening capabilities are excellent, hence my repeated purchase of the product. It’s no good WHEN IT WONT COME OUT OF THE PEN. Tried turning it both ways... pressure.. no pressure.. possibly revert to hacksaw.. as on asking for a refund of all my purchases... that’s right... I got refunded for one! So I will be complaining to Amazon re this product directly. Read other comments that have said the same about the mechanism of delivery of the product to teeth failing.
