When I opened the box (wich WAS PACKEGED WELL) I took the heavy plastic wrapper that nicely covered the Acrilic 16x16 surface and examined it carefully. ●●● SO I THOUGHT! ●●● After convinsing myself of how badly it was scratched, I just laid it aside on a table until a few days later. I was in the process of showing it to a friend when I noticed THAT THERE IS A SECOND (2nd) PROTECTIVE LAYER OF FILM UNDER THE OUTER PROTECTIVE LAYER OF FILM! THE SECOND LAYER IS HARD TO DETECT! I DID NOT SEE THIS BEFORE. ( NO EXCUSE) I removed this final protective LAYER and was SHOCKED. The Acrilic Was PERFECT, WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES WHAT SO EVER! I FELT REALLY BAD for writing a not so flattering review earlier this week. I immediately went to my previous review and DELETED THE REVIEW! I advise any other purchaser of this product to LOOK CLOSLY at the way it is very carefully packed before you make complete @as of yourself as I did!!! Now let me say this: "THIS IS A TRULY WONDERFUL PRODUCT". IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN I EVER EXPECTED, and much much more.
