Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is an absolute wonder in our home. We love the chime and then the tolling of the hours. Has added a very nice vibe and I can’t imagine anything better for the price. Sounds absolutely like a mechanical clock.

Love it. I bought the clock with the chime but no pendulum. The Westminster sound is so beautiful. It turns off between 11pm and 6am as it says and that time frame is adjustable if someone sleeps during the day. Follow the instructions, they are important in this case especially. The instructions could be improved. For ex going past 12 if it does not ring. And adjusting clockwise only. It means that the clock is ringing night hours instead of day time. Adjusting for one hour forward was easy.

The clock fits perfectly in the spot I wanted, and the Big Ben chime is so nice to listen to through the course of the day. And it shuts off at night.

Very nice looking clock . Directions need to keep up with factory changes . My clock does not have a switch that will make the night time silence feature work . It only moves one click ON or OFF . Although my clock not only plays the Westminister Melody but counts the hours with 1-12 strikes . Reading other feedbacks that say no hour strikes setable silence hours it seems like you get what you get . Other than that it is a real nice clock .

The box was pretty. Made by Bulova. I couldn't believe my eyes; how beautiful this clock is. The perfect size, the perfect color. It is a quiet tickless clock. It chimes on the hour. I set mine not to chime between 12:00 a.m - 6:00 a.m. it is a beautiful chime. It is loud enough, I can see the time from across the room. I am so happy with my purchase.

This clock is 2 years old and the faceplate has faded and clouded. We haven't cleaned the face with any product and it is not in the sun.Bulova told me to find a clock repair as they have no parts nor service for their product.This is obviously a manufacturing issue, but their response was to brush me off.Be warned, there is no support for this product and their lack of any solution should make you think twice about their product line.

One "AA" battery in BACK for clock, two "AA" on bottom of clock for chimes. 1-Use red disk on BACK of clock to set clock to 5:45 -- make sure the hands on the clock are turning clockwise. 2-On BOTTOM of clock push red "Set" button once (do not hold it down). 3- Go to BACK of clock- turn red disk till clock stops on 6:00 and clock will chime six times. 4- After clock has chimed the six times, use red disk on BACK of clock to set clock to correct time. Do not stop on each hour for clock to chime but rather simply move on through to the correct time. The first time I went through these directions, I obviously made an error as the synchronization was off. I repeated the steps a second time and was successful.
