Q: Can i use these seeds in an aerogarden? I have 24 inches height. Thank you!

I am not sure. 24 inches might burn the seedlings. I would just suggest trying a few first. Some aero lights can be quite strong and powerful for young seedlings.

Q: The deluxe packet says it includes peppermint, but peppermint is a sterile plant. Are these actually spearmint seeds?

You are correct. I am an herbalist, and most people in my field strongly recommend against buying peppermint seeds. It's generally a waste of money. They are often collected from hybrid varietals and thus sterile. Even if they germinate, it's very unlikely for the plants to grow true to form. They propogate much better from roots and suckers.

The package is (as noted on sight) exactly as advertised.Lavander or whatever herb is the same as noted. If you are concerned shop in a physical garden center for seeds.
