Works Great!

I am very pleased with this phone system. It has a large easy to read screen and large buttons. I love the photo speed dial and call blocker functions. It is very easy to set up. Out of the box the ringer is very loud, but IT CAN be adjusted to a lower level by going through the prompts on the cordless handset. It does have a built in answering machine as well. Phone calls sound crystal clear and you can even boost the sound while on a call or slow down the caller's message while listening to your voice messages on the answering machine which is excellent especially while trying to jot down any notes or phone numbers that the caller leaves. You can even program in reminders for yourself. I have the corded/cordless system and also purchased the extra photo handset extention which works flawlessly with this system. I may get the pendant in the future. I have Voip over service from vonage and all features work great with it including call blocker. I highly recommend this phone system for not just the senior and disabled community, but for anyone who wants an easy to use phone system with large display and excellent sound quality. Also, I was not offered any free incentives for leaving this review. I paid full price for it and I would do it do it again in a heartbeat .💗 💗💗

The phone works well. Since this is for elderly people the loudness of the phone is louder than normal and is adjustable. It is easy to program phone numbers for auto dialing. When the phone autodials is done slowly and speaks each number out loud for the user to hear. All 8 buttons are programmable. The picture of the phone shows a red 911 button but this is just for advertising. Each button can be any number you want. Voice quality is OK; it could be better but for the price, it is what you get.

Great for 88 year old grandmother who is legally blind

I purchased the phone for my elderly mother who has hearing problem. Reading the description of the phone and was not satisfied with the features. 1. The ring tone supposed to be loud to hear. However, it sounded just like an However, the loudness of the ringtone was just a regular sound. It was not amplify at all. 2. There is static on the phone when she is talking. I tried with another phone that I had and there was no static. 3. The volume to adjust the hearing is standard volume and nothing that is amplify for someone who doesn’t hear that well. 3. The voice of the person she was having a conversation over the phone would fade off. I wanted to make sure that it was not the other person phone and a tried with a different phone and the person on the other end voice did not fade off. So is the quality of the phone that is not good. 4. There is noise and static on the phone. Unable to hear clearly. 5. When speaking on the phone, the other person voice would echo. Again, I tested with another phone that I own, and the person stated there was no longer echo on the conversation. These are my own personal opinion of my experience using the phone.

We just got this phone for my mother-in-law who has low vision. I like the size of the buttons, I like that they speak the number you dialed out loud, and I like that they are black with white numbers (which is better for folks with low vision.) The ringer volume and the handset volume can be set quite loud. The phone can be used on a tabletop or wall mounted. I don't yet know how durable it will be. Things I don't like: 1. Although it can be wall mounted, it did not come with hardware to hang on the wall. 2. The volume control for the ringer and the handset is not a dial (it is a switch, the ringer has 2 settings, and the handset has three). The ringer volume can only be set when the phone is --not-- in use. The handset volume can only be set when the phone --IS-- in use. An analog dial would have been much better to get the volume level we want. 3. The preprogammable speed dial spots are meant to hold a photo of the person you are calling. There are two problems with that: -- many of my mother-in-law's contacts have a home phone, cell phone, and work phone --the spots for photos on the phone are quite small. If you opt for photos, take a really good high definition picture in bright light with a black background. 4. BUT MOSTLY.... it is VERY difficult to program. Here are my programming suggestions for you: * the instructions say: --press the speaker phone button, --then press the program button (on the left edge of the phone), -- and then press the speed dial number you want to program. They don't ACTUALLY mean, press #1 for the speed dial slot #1, they mean, press the speed dial slot (the blank box) that you want to fill with a picture or a name. -- you then have to enter the telephone number you want to speed dial VERY QUICKLY -- or -- the speed dial programming turns itself off and you have to start over again. -- finally, once the number is entered, you press the program button again (on the left side of the phone) (There are some confirmation beeps and lights that turn on and off throughout that process, but you do kinda know when you finally get it right.) NOTE: there is NO WAY my mother-in-law wold have been able to do this by herself.

I got this phone for a family member with Alzheimer's. The simple features, such as one-touch dialing using up to eight 1" x 1" picture memory buttons, large number buttons, and a lack of advanced features, have been a game-changer.

j'aime savoir qui appelle avant de répondre, ma vue baisse et je vois moins les petits carractères, donc je voulais un téléphone qui me donne le nom de l'appelant, en FRANCAIS. avec des gros caractères sur l'afficheur. Malheureusement il donne les noms d'appelant juste en anglais, donc ça déforme tous les nom français :(. c'est très décevant pour moi, j'AIME beaucoup ce model VT série SN) j'aime les gros carractères, le son emplifier est super pour moi qui entend moins bien juste a cause de mes cheveux blanc :) . Sa couleur est parfaite je veut juste blanc, il se prend bien dans la main , ne glisse pas vu sa forme un peu plate. j'ai pas eu le temps dessayer tous les autres avantage vu que a ma grande déception j'ai du le retourner . j'avais réussi a mettre les instructions en français, mais il parle pas français :( :( Donc si ça ne vous dérange pas qu'il ne parle pas Fraçais , je vous le recommande fortement, pour les personnes qui aime bien entendre en parlant au téléphone ,avec un répondeur, 📱gros caractères, son idéal pour bien comprendre , je l'adore, je l'ai retourner avec regrès, Ont m'a remboursé tout de suite, j'ai pas eu de problème, je ne suis pas habituer a retourner des produits, Service parfait, retour sans problème et remboursement intégral, j'apprécie beaucoup.

Lo compré para mi mamá (adulto mayor) y le ha funcionado de maravilla. Tiene el teclado grande, audio graduable; incluso cuenta con un ecualizador para acentuar los graves y medios lo cual ayuda mucho para sus problemas de oído. La pila tiene buena duración. El altavoz de la base del auricular es muy útil para responder las llamadas en otra habitación. Estamos muy satisfechos con el aparato.

Súper fácil de usar y muy práctico.

This is a great phone for senior's. Large numbers for good visibility, easy to use and the volume can be turned up quit loud.

Phone is easy to use. A bit more complicated to set up, someone has to set up for the person using it.
