Used for kidney stones - have not had a stone since I started drinking. Mixed 1/2 teaspoon into my 32 oz latte, slight earthy taste. Super fine powder that lingers a tiny cloud. Clean product and affordable. I put into a glass Mason jar as the bags are tiresome.

The prices are reasonable. The packaging is good. Generally speaking I like the product. I don’t know how to tell whether it’s working or not. If it is, it is a subtle improvement and I do think it is working.

Used for problems with kidney stones. It is the same as the capsule form from other companies. We've had both. No horrible taste like many herbs and supplements. Much cheaper in bulk.

I bought a small jar of capsules of the same stuff, and paid 16 cents a capsule, 32 cents a serving. This bulk item came, and it smells great and tastes good, and I can put it into juice and drink it. It's not a foul bitter herb and doesn't taste objectional. My husband compared it to unsweetened cocoa powder. That might be a bit of a stretch. Best of all, it costs 3.4 cents a serving. And 500 servings instead of 50 servings. More importantly is quality. I opened a capsule of the other brand and tasted them side by side. They both tasted similar, however, the Bulk Supplements brand is notably fresher and stronger in taste, and it hit a big high note in my mouth that suggested strength and quality absent in the other brand.

This product is not standardized, per my correspondence with the seller. In my understanding, that means that its potency is not consistent from batch to batch. That means that you really don't know how much chanca piedra you are taking, since this is an extract, not just powdered herb. So, their recommended dose of 500 mg is an unknown amount of chanca piedra. This makes it difficult to know how much is safe and effective to take. There are different doses that have been studied for different ailments and unfortunately there is no way to know how to get those doses with this supplement. Not sure what the manufacturer's logic is, but this is very confusing.

I have used this product in the past, it seems to have helped relieve calcium build up. I would recommend this product

Pretty color and wonderful taste. Got it to make golden milk. It gives it such a velvety texture. Bag smaller than expected but that was my bad for not checking thoroughly.

The flavor to me indicates a fresh, high quality product. It tastes very similar to other high quality Chanca Piedra extracts I have purchased, but it is a much greater value in this form. I do no not encapsulate or mix it, so eating it plain results in the slight bitterness. If one would use it in a drink, etc. the flavor would be negligible. Good stuff, and a natural supplement that's been used for many centuries!
