Good Brand of Minerals
My husband and I have taken this brand of minerals off and on for many years. This is the basic minerals without all the extra vitamins they now add to the more expensive bottle. We already take vitamins so this works well for us. We have always gotten our order fast and decently packaged. I think it could be packed with more material but so far it's always arrived in good condition. We will buy again.

Great product that really works!
I have been using Youngevity for 2 decades. The effects of the liquid minerals are instant. Sometimes, when I'm really low on minerals (sick or dieting), I can feel a fullness in my ears. It's like it changes your blood pressure from puny to functional. Also, I use this with the Tangy Tangerine when I have cravings. I do a dose of Youngevity and 95% of the time, the cravings are gone within 10 minutes.

As others have mentioned, the taste is terrible, but that's to be expected with all trace minerals supplements. That being said, it's the least offensive one I've tried. I take a shot glass of this mixed with water AM and PM. When I miss a day, I find myself craving it. The difference it makes is so amazing. I feel energized and my mood is better. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder, and the cold, dark winter months usually drag me down. Not with this!I've also found it helpful with remineralizing teeth. I have sensitive teeth and gums, but when I swish this around in my mouth before swallowing, my sensitivity is greatly diminished.Do yourself and your health a favor and try it.

Love this stuff. It has most minerals , that your body needs ,that otc multivitamins lack.

Minerals good, taste not so good
The minerals are probably good but the taste isn’t. Will need some juice to mix with it .. I’m going back to cherry mins
