The instructions are very very vague. There is not much of a description on how to get whiteheads or blackheads to release. You kind of have to figure out personally through trial and error what works best for your skin and your situation. On the highest setting and trying all the heads and running it over blackheads on the nose it lifted them, but didn’t pull them out all the way. This was after hot compresses applied to the face to open the pores and everything. I had my husband try it and my daughter and it doesn’t seem to work any better than using hands or the metal come done acne tools. Leaves more bruising and or skin discoloration than I’ve seen using hands, tools, or from seeing a skin specialist. I didn’t see that this was worth using. When you’re trying to get at a blackhead that’s hard to get because it’s appearance bothers you and you feel like it’s the one thing everyone is staring at to go to your face looking like you’ve been in a fight and the blemish still being there, it just doesn’t seem worth it. I wouldn’t use this for blemishes unless I had a few days to not be seen. Especially if used on fair, sensitive, or rosacea prone skin.It may be good to use this device to help get blood flow going or to get the LED light to help infuse any vitamin serums but for what it was purchased for, suctioning of white or black heads, I do not recommend it.

I never write reviews. But this thing worked so good and does what it says I had to. I can not speak on the LED lights but as for the suction the suction works really well!! I don’t really have blackheads but I do have sebaceous filaments and this has actually been sucking them out. The first time I tried it I was surprised but the amount the was extracted and I was only using the lowest setting! Dont get it expecting it to just suck up any and everything it says “black heads” and “white heads” the auction is strong I haven’t gotten any bruises but I am black and have brown skin but I’m light enough to still bruise visibly. I definitely don’t feel like this was a waste of money. It did kinda have a funny smell though

I did not use the product often but it stopped charging after using it maybe 8 times in a year. 2 year warranty but no information on how to make a claim outside of manual I assume.I recommend investing in a better quality product

I like that all of the underlying oil actually came out of my face, BUT I have hickeys/bruises. The suction was on level 2 (goes up to 4) and I have them. Be careful when using this pore vacuum. Again it does work but you may want to use it if you don’t have to be some place for a few days.

Wish it came with an actual instructions instead of that long email book that didn’t really help tore my face up the first couple times until we got it figured out

Honestly, I wasn’t crazy about this product. I noticed it did work some but overall I would still be left with a lot of Blackheads. I probably wouldn’t buy this again.

The machine didn’t work . I have 4 stars because they were quick to work with me . I sent it back and got an instant refund

I actually enjoyed this product until it just fell apart, literally one day...and it hasn’t been used a whole lot. I tried to fix it myself but I think I made things worse!
