Fresh and green and tasty. I grind in coffee grinder and mix with honey and cardamon and my kids love them .. great for keeping tapeworms down but also delicious! High in zinc! How nice

They have a fresh flavor and texture of raw without the mess. I eat them on salads, Pastas, and for snacks. I even use them in fresh pesto.

These are actually not half bad.They would probably be better with salt on them, but I’m sure these without salt are better for me.I purchased these with the hope of them helping with my IBS-C. I read that raw pumpkin seeds can help with digestion. It has indeed helped.These are green, un-sprouted & I eat a 1-2 tablespoon a day of them.The texture is fresh, crunchy & like I said, not half bad. It’s not something I dread each day.I think for the help I am getting from them, they are well worth the money & I will definitely purchase again.
