Quality product and components. Very comfortable. The arms fold all the way straight up. Was fairly easy and quick (about 40 mins) to put together. Instead of tightening bolts with the Allen Wrench they provided with the hardware, I used a 13/32 socket on a nut driver. Tip: don't tighten the bolts that hold the arms to the sides of the seat, all the way down. Leave lose for putting the backrest portion on, otherwise it will be difficult to position bolt holes for the bottom of the backrest.
