I love how it works and it has a ok taste, too sweet for me but I only ose couple drops.

I don’t take this internally because it tastes absolutely disgusting, but I do use it in my skin care. I add it to my rosewater and my distilled aloe and I also put a little bit into my face balms. I feel like I really noticed a difference since I started using it. I actually love it.

That being said, as it states on the bottle, the mineral taste is very strong and less than enjoyable - however, I didn’t buy this as a dessert. It does exactly what I bought it to do, and does it FANTASTICALLY! We mix it into our Sun Warrior greens, or smoothie, and you’d never know it was there.Top quality ingredients, as ALWAYS from Sun Warrior, and high bioavailability - as proven by the near immediate changes I experienced physically and mentally. I can definitely feel the difference in how I feel. However, it’s very hard to swallow it down once I taste it in my mouth. ;( I can taste it in almost anything I mix it in but it seems to hide better in a chocolate flavoured protein shake. It’d be easier if it was capsuled so I couldn’t taste it! ;)
