Great hose reel. Works like a champ and hose is kink free.

Very robust.
I have been using it for a couple months. This is a very heavy duty reel. The pull back is strong so there's no screwing around. This unit replaced a high end plastic unit that was probably 20 years old and this blueseal unit is way more robust.

Inspect carefully before unpacking.
Seemed well-built. Unfortunately it was packed in a box sealed with one short strip of packing tape on both top and bottom. This resulted in the whole assembly falling to the concrete floor as I picked it up. To its credit, it wasn't deformed by the impact, but was scratched up. I see that the seller that I bought this from is no longer selling it. That's probably a good thing as whoever packed it just didn't give a rip. "Can't see it from my house".So all in all, Since I didn't use it, and am returning it, I cannot speak to its operation but the build quality seemed very good.

SCAMMER ALERT
Zero stars!!! We ordered (2) of these for our kitchen and our water is 160°F. The hose could not stand up to the heat. The sprayerheads were cheap. We had to quickly change them out due to being inferior in quality. The lining of the hoses started flaking off into the water within a month of installing them. The item was not as described. It could not handle 212°F water(water boils at 212°F) and the sprayerheads were NOT METAL...there were plastic. VERY MISLEADING. WILL NOT do business with this company again.

Works well. No complaints so far. Your friends will ask you about it especially if it's mounted in your garage beside a 1/2" 50 foot air hose, looks professional.
