The only difference is there is a blue button on the front of mine beneath the Gold N Hot lettering on the one pictured that allows me to push it and maneuver the hood to set it to the height that I want the hood to go. I'm not sure if what looks like a white button in that same area on the one pictured would allow you to do the same thing.
