Beautiful Deck
I finally got this deck and the cards are amazingly beautiful. It is nice to finally have an accurate SM deck to work with. My compliments, gratitude and respect go out to Pat Zalewski for producing this wonderful deck.

A bit of slippage
If you own the earlier (2007) Aeon Press edition, this is as far as I can tell essentially the same. It has been re-set typographically, and there is thus a different amount of text on each page; the table of contents is slightly different, though the actual contents seem completely the same. The illustrations are the same, although the cover illustration is different (the 2007 edition has an image of Samuel and Moina Mathers; the 2019 edition has the four Tarot aces). Strikingly, although the Amazon description of the 2019 edition states that there is a Foreword by John Michael Greer, looking into "Look Inside" does not show such a Foreword, nor does the actual volume have anything of the sort.To summarize, the revisions consist of a new cover, and new typography. The text is the same, as are the illustrations. There is no Foreword or other contribution by JM Greer. The ISBNs are different. Although the description states there are 472 pages, actually there are 495, and 10 pages numbered i-x.If you do not have a copy of the 2007 edition, and are interested developments in and from the Golden Dawn Tarot tradition, this is well worth getting. If you do have a copy of the 2007 edition, you don't need to get this one unless you like the looks of it better.

Wonderful New Deck in the Golden Dawn Tradition.
The Trumps are to my eye, a good collection, and the minor’s are more in the French and Italian camp of not having pictorial scenes that add more of an interpretation of each card. Good sized big cards, that are better shuffled slowly by hand than trying to flip through the whole deck at a time. Quality is quite good, visually and feel

This is a treasure in my Tarot library.
I've been studying the Tarot for over 20 yrs and, while I'm not in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (I'm a member of A.'.A.'. and O.T.O.), I will say this is probably the best Tarot book I've ever bought. If you are a serious student of the Tarot then this is an essential piece to add to your library. If you are a student or aspirant in any of the Western Ceremonial Magick traditions then I'm going to flat-out say it is a must have. It has the modern names of the color scales, it has pictures of all the cards, great spreads you can use for yourself and your clients, and new information I feel like I discover every time I open the book. Did you know the Chariot card is related to the Merkabah and astral travel? I didn't either, but it makes sense once I read it. This is nearly 500 pages of 100% useful info and stuff you can amaze your clients with. I don't know Pat or Chris, but I respect the amount of work they put into this so I will get behind this book and say... Get it! It's more than worth the price and you can thank me later.

Could have been in colour
For the price, it could have been in colour as it' s not much different to the original.I'll have to wait until the deck is published in April/May (hopefully in colour!) and compare it to the Cicero's deck to obtain the correct flashing colours for meditation work.

A wonderful deck
This deck is a must-have for anyone who's interested in card collecting, occult studies or both. This deck is based off of the instructions of Patrick & Christine Zalewsky, who not only authored a book by the same title, but who were the last high priest & high priestess of the Stella Matutina lodge of New Zealand (a direct offshoot of the original Hermetic Order of the Golden dawn). As such, the information & instructions they've written were inherited by past masters who inherited them from the original founders of the Golden Dawn, making this deck the most historically accurate of all the Golden Dawn decks on the market today. The art does greater justice to Israel Regardie's vision (in spite of Robert Wang's efforts,) plus the coloration of the deck is in keeping with actual occult teachings that have been carried on by the OTO, through their Thoth deck. The cards are about as physically big as the cards from Robert Wang's deck, so if you intend to get card sleeves or expect this deck to be a standard dimension, you'll be mistaken. The cards are big, but for the occult tarot reader, it only encourages you to take your time in shuffling & meditating. And for the card collector who appreciates the artistry of the deck, the cards can be protected in a similar manner to post cards, with the right sleeves or resealable bags.
