The bag will last you a long time so make sure to store it properly in a dry, dark, and cool spot. This has the same active ingredient as the Real Mushroom brand that sells at a higher price point and has the same amazing effects. I actually enjoy the taste of lion's mane, it's earthy but not off putting. I put it in my coffee, non dairy milk, non dairy yogurt, and smoothies but I plan on making my own capsules or tincture so I can take it any time I please. You can expect mental clarity, improved memory and mood, reduced inflammation and oxidative stress. Especially if you're already following a healthy lifestyle! I find the positive effects similar to fasting! A++

I have been consuming 1 tsp daily of this and have found it to be of high quality and transformational with the other variety of modalities that I have integrated. I take 1/2 tsp in the morning and one later around 6-8 p.m. Dreams have been vivid as well as focus and thought process.Highly recommended. I ordered the ginseng as well, but returned learning that it is not for my constitution. Although I do recommend anything from this vendor based off this product.

I like to take a half tsp of this in a small measuring cup of water, stir to dissolve. I take it to clear my mind, focus on things I have to get done in the day ahead, esp if those things are challenging. There's a confidence effect, but it is very smooth not caffeine like.

1). The ad doesn't tell you it's from CHINA. You find out when you get the package. 2). There are no random inspections by the F.D.A. to check on the organic status in China. 3). If you intend to give this as a gift to a very smart health 'nut', you will have to tell them to just throw it out after they clear their throat, and before they start to find a way to tell you the gift sucks.

I first bought brand "Real Mushrooms" who sells Nammex extracts to retail customers, while Nammex has a large MOQ around $500 IIRC.The lion's mane from Gingseng Store is the exact same extract as the $35 Real Mushrooms™️ brand. It looks, tastes, and behaves exactly the same in water and my mouth.This is a genuine Nammex lion's mane extract. I will stick with Nootropics Depot in the future, though. I do not believe Nammex is as high of quality as Nootropics Depot now. The Nammex does not dissolve into hot water the way Nootropics Depot does. I do believe Nammex is a genuine lion's mane extract, but it's just not good enough for me now.

This seems to help with memory and cognition. Of course, you have to figure out how to take it; it's not packed into capsules, it's just a loose powder. I tried stirring it into coffee, but it does no readily dissolve. If you make smoothies, that would be the way to do it. I do not have a blender.

Effective supplement. Works better for me than Om brand. I've noticed an improvement in mood, focus and mental clarity since I started taking it. Taking 2 tsp a day.

I didn’t like how it tasted. I don’t drink enough coffee and never make smoothies or anything to blend this in to. Can’t speak to its effectiveness cuz I didn’t use it long enough. Couldn’t get over the taste. Tried adding a little watermelon strawberry Mio and it tasted like I was swallowing my vomit after a night of drinking a bunch of fruity drinks. Also, when I mixed it with water, it did not dissolve well, even with trying to mix with warm water first.
