It's a little bodacious! ### ⭐ I must say the company has exceptionally good customer service *by V***E on August 31, 2014* First, I must say the company has exceptionally good customer service. Within a minute of my processing of a request to return it, I received a call from their CSR, Daniel, who promptly processed it and arranged to issue full refund. Having said that, the problem started when I opened the box. The instructions for assembling it are absolutely horrible. I had ordered a flush mount fixture and they had packaged all the parts for it whether it is flush mounted or hanging off a rod. Also, there was no detailed parts list with quantity or numbers, exploded view or step-by-step process to put it together. To make the matters worse, parts did not match or fit. I had a professional electrician helping me with the assembly and installation. After struggling with it for over an hour, we both gave up.
