Double gussets to ensure that the runny poop does not leak from the diaper snaps to attach the insert so that it stays in place. It lasts for 2 - 3 hrs as my baby is  heavy weter... Little bit uncomfortable in summers . N bcz of black inserts it is easy to remove poop stains
