I use it for baking and adding to butter cream, so amazing!

The taste of this liqueur was quite distinctly of lemon which I liked a lot. Even so, I would have liked a bit more lime flavour. Very drinkable though.

My wife and I are fairly big drinkers and enjoy cocktails for variety. However, most cocktails use liqueurs that are high in sugar which is a no-no since we're on a low carb/keto lifestyle. However, these essences - and there are many in the list - call for the sugar to be added when you make them up. This means we can replace the sugar with a low carb sweetener like stevia or erythritol and get low/carb liqueurs. We can now have cocktails in abundance. What’s not to like!?

Strong taste and quality

These additives are meant to make your clear spirit taste like either rum or whisky. I suppose they did to a small extent but they didn't have strong flavours. They ended up be more like liqueur flavoured.

So we made this up with water rather than vodka, hoping to create a non-boozy gin and tonic. It definitely improved the tonic water (which on its own is horrible), but it had a strangely aniseed-like taste. Mother-in-law claimed she liked it, but personally I think it was at best okay, rather than great.
