Literally took about a minute. It’s not too heavy so you can hang it with one person. It seems sturdy so far and has a very simple, yet elegant look to it. The fountain looks like it’s made of concrete but I believe it’s fiberglass. It’s classy without being gaudy. Although it’s made for hanging on the wall, you could set it on the floor or a table as long as it’s not a high traffic area since it could topple over. The base has a flat area. The fountain also has an adjustable water flow. That’s nice to be able to adjust the noise level.The only downside of the fountain: the power cord is fairly thick and black so it’s not easily hidden. I order to hide the cord, you would need to have a bit of electrical work done. Either cut a hole in the wall and drop the cord down or have an outlet installed behind where you want the fountain.
