The company may be based in USA, but the shirt is actually made in Madagascar, according to the label in the shirt.

I just purchased 2 of these exact ones from Amazon....mine were just a bit smallish at the 3x size I bought ( I usually buy a 3x or 4x, depending).......yet still fit ok. ( no fault of Joe's ). Suggest order next size up ( 4x ) for a bit looser fit if you are a normal 3x. I have bought so many of their t-shirts!!...& I greatly respect Joe's --absolute superb quality of materials-good customer service---in fact.. best t-shirts I have found in the entire jungle of Amazon & now I have talked myself into ordering another one in diff color. 🍻

Could I use this as a swimming shirt?

I don't know what material a swim shirt should be made of, but this shirt is 100% polyester and will dry quickly. This shirt is ideal for running and exercising, and well made.

What exactly is the return policy in case i am unable to wear it?

I have never had to return any of the shirts I have purchased from this seller.
