I was a bit dissapointed with the time it took to charge and how quickly it drained. I thought it was just the product. Eventually the battery stopped charging. I contacted the company and they immediately responded. Two days later I received a replacement. Needless to say, the battery life is great and charging time is average.My guess is I received a faulty battery during the first shipment.
