It gives the weight in the specifications. **Q: What is the interior height? Do you have room to sit up inside?** A: I really like this cot/tent in a dry climate without the rainfly(it condenses inside too much with the rainfly), but I don't try to sit up in it unless I have it unzipped and I'm hanging my feet over the edge to the ground. I use this as something I'm only reclining inside, like sleeping or changing my clothes while I'm reclining. I feel if I tried to sit in it, it would concentrate the weight to much on the fabric and lead to its early demise. I'm 5'7" tall and weigh 180 pounds. So.... I see this only as something to recline in, not like hang out and sit in. But that is perfect for me to car camp in. If I want to sit, I have a collapsable chair and suspend a tarp between some trees for cover. And if rain or morning dew from humid weather would be a problem, I just put this cot tent under that same tarp. Like in dry Arizona nights, looking through that mesh at the night sky is great!!! It's rainfly would leave me very wet from sidewall inside condensation from my breath. Enjoy!! But..... I bought it to replace an inflatable mattress. I know it will long outlast any inflation and it is extremely comfortable. I use it with a klymit inflatable sleeping pad and it is just as comfortable as my bed. As an Eagle Scout I will be sealing the seams on the rain fly for ultimate protection. This is ideal for car camping or a spare bed at home. I set up the tent even when indoors most of the time for privacy. Now that I’m familiar with it I can have it fully set up in under 3 minutes if need be. It feels like a fort. If you want to use it for hiking or motorcycle camping, Just take the tent, rain fly and stakes, leave the cot at home. I bought 2 more for my son and a friend because I was so impressed with the product and value. I have enjoyed it many a night and know it’s still not even broken in. Purchase for my husband who likes to camp outside with friends. Easy set up with a comfortable cot. He's 6'2", approx 225lbs and fits very comfortably. There is plenty of room at both his head and feet so he's not touching the ends. The cot seems to be about 1.5 beds, so plenty of room for sleep and turning over.Removed one star as there's stress on both the zipper closure and window zippers when the tent is secure to the cot and the cot is being used.
