Review: Awesome Awesome book - Wow. i thought my child was angry and he is and this book is a great reasource....but reading about these fosters kids broke my heart....what these kids go through at such an early age is sooo sad. Prayimg for thesw children and those adults that decide to interact with them. Review: Critical parental resource - A friend of mine encouraged me to read Calming Angry Kids, even though I did not believe we had anger issues in our home. She was right: this book helped me identify emotional issues that were occurring and still developing in our home and practice dealing with them. The reflection questions forced me to examing my own response and the environment in our home. And the action plans helped me take tangible steps toward emproving our family relationships. I am so grateful, I purchased another copy for a gift.

Well written, biblical
Great book- so many good ideas. More written for parents who fostered or adopted their children but honestly I learned a lot about what I personally was doing to not help my kiddos learn how to deal with their anger. I’d recommend it and I hope to read it a few times.

From a mom
Even though this is book that the mom is a devout Christian. I took so much from it, being a mom of my angry children. Just put your belief in the place of hers and you will see just how helpful and great this book it. I myself saw so much of what I am living threw with the traumas my kids have been threw. I felt I was the only mom out there going threw this. What was I doing wrong. Thank you Tricia for this book
