My boots liner had packed in after 50 days of skiing. I have thin legs so my boots always have a gap which lead to shin bang. The eliminator pad fixed that problem and now I ski in comfort. I highly recommend trying these pads. Since I have a wrap around liner-I insert the pad between my shin and the liner. I use wrap tape to secure the pad-otherwise it moves around.
