Greatest pan ever
This is my favorite pan. I have copper, stainless, cast iron, ceramic, carbon steel, and various types of "nonstick pans." I have used this pan to cook eggs, veggies, steaks, fried chicken, hash browns, frittatas, pretty much you name it. It sears, has the best release qualities of any pan, cleans easily, and, while not ultra light, isn't heavy. Having been a professional cook for 25 years I cannot say I have ever been happier with a pan. I plan on buying other sizes and trying their other finishes. As always I do not accept any incentives for my endorsements.

Well made pan that should last a while
I write very few reviews of products. This is my first on Amazon and the only one I remember doing in the past five years.I've been using Calphalon non-stick for years. More specifically the model 1392 and more recently the Premier line. The 1392 was a decent pan from a durability perspective, but tended to warp if mistreated even slightly. The Premier is better overall. Both were/are fairly pricey. This Ballarini pan is really, really nice. Lighter than either Calphalon, yet cooks just as well or better, IMHO. Much better balanced in the hand. Also much less expensive. In my opinion all non-stick pans are disposable, so crying too much about durability is senseless. The best we can do is find a good pan at a good cost. This one fits the bill perfectly. The pan is very uniform in thickness, so I am hopeful it won't warp. It's rare to find a product that is precisely as described by the manufacturer. This is one of those rare finds, as are the Ballarini carbon steel pans. Two big thumbs up from me!

Beautiful, sturdy and works great
Amazing, sturdy, beautiful pan. It is now my main go-to saute pan. As others have mentioned, it makes a dinging noise as it warms and cools. I read somewhere that it could be the rivets that connect the handle to the pan. However, the longer I have it, the less noisy it has become. I would definitely buy more from this series.

Coating lasted for about a year of daily use.
Unfortunately the non-stick coating is peeled away at a few small spots. I’ve only had it for a year and used it according to the manufacturer’s guidelines (which allows for metal utensils, though I’ve only used metal occasionally and very lightly). At least this is not an expensive pan. Otherwise it works great.

Good does not stick!
I got this pan to replace another just like this one. The old pan had been scratched & food was sticking. If used properly ( no metal spatulas), this pan is terrific!

Very long handle and very heavy
This nonstick skillet is so heavy and the handle is super long. Barely fits in my oven and I have to move it all the way to the back corner which affects the evenness and heat in the cooking process. I don't know why they made the handle so long! The quality is very good but the design makes it not so useable.

great pan
I really like this nonstick pan! cooks well, easy to clean, has a long handle on it so be careful to not knock it off the stove.

Great quality skillet
Great quality skillet! However, I will have to return it. I ordered it thinking it would also work for induction stoves, but it does not, it's not induction ready. Sucks that I have to send it back.
