Great for type 2 diabetics
Arrived fast, very affordable and lasts awhile, I'm a type 2 diabetic and this starch when I mix it with diet iced tea keeps me full for hours without thinking about food and it definitely cuts out my craving for carbs. I used to go to the vending machine at work a few times a night for peanut m and m's or recess peanut butter cups, when I started taking the resistance starch all that stopped immediately and I didn't even think about how I wasn't go to the vending machine, I just didn't go. Also without eating for hours I still have lots of energy and feel pumped liked I could go lift some weights. I'm hoping to see some weight loss in the next few weeks.
