Will this securely clamp on the 1” round aluminum tube of a ClicGear push cart?** A: Most likely. It is quite versatile as to how you mount your SkyCaddie SX500. As per the picture it works really well on the square window frame of a golf cart. I have tried it on the round steering column of my cart, but didn't like it as well for location. I moved it to the center of my cart and mounted it to the dash board frame, which also has two flat surfaces about an 1 inch thick. That said, I have never tried it on a 1" round push cart surface. **Q: Does this work with an iPhone 11 with a case cover?** A: Yes it would. My iPhone XR and my SkyCaddie SX500 are exactly the same size. **Q: Will this work with the SX550?** A: It works great for the SX500. I’m not sure of dimension differences between the SX-500 and SX-550. A very well designed holder!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 2024 Update --> November 2022 Update --> July 2020 Update --> Nice Piece of Engineering *by P***E on May 13, 2019* Update after almost five years- it's still going strong, and still used multiple times per week still since I bought it. It has survived a number of falls that were my fault while carrying it. Still securely holds my Sky Caddie and still holds onto the golf cart flawlessly.This was not a Vine purchase, btw. I rarely do followup reviews, and have never done a second followup until now. So, I'm still using the same Caddie Buddy after 3 years. It has been used for several hundred rounds. The holder still grasps my Sky Caddie securely no matter the terrain. I have been careless and dropped the Caddie Buddy holder with the Sky Caddie attached on my garage floor way too many times and the holder has survived. Still extremely pleased with it.Here's an update after using this for over a year. On average the holder gets used several times per week. This holder is still great. Clamps onto several different places on a golf cart. Still rock solid. No obvious signs of wearing out. I hung onto the different locking tabs that come with the holder in case I get a different device. Still highly recommended and I would buy again without question.My old SkyCaddie croaked and I bought a new SX500. The SX500 is too big to fit directly in the cup holder in a golf cart, so I needed a mounting device. This one arrived a couple of weeks ago, and I have used it a number of times. It works great. The holder securely clamps to the vertical roof support bar on the golf cart. The device holder that the SkyCaddie sits in is pretty slick. There is a locking tab you add to the top of the device holder. Several different tabs are included so you can choose the best fit for your device. It is very easy to remove the SkyCaddie from the holder if you want to take it with you to your ball position. The course I have played on several times with this holder is pretty bumpy.
