The crate itself is all around 5 stars, but this morning I noticed that the seams were coming apart. My dog is a 40 lb GSD/lab mix, and sleeps peacefully in it. He does not chew or scratch at it, either. It has never been used to carry or bear his weight, so have no explanation as to why this happened aside from poor quality.Edit: Contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement crate. They are on top of their customer service. I will be back in a couple months to review how this one holds up.Note: There is a silica pack in the crate, make sure you look hard for it.
