All that being said I sent this camera back the same day it came in only because when it came in the camera had been either used or was sent back by someone else. the lens was unscrewed and off also inside the housing there was a piece rattling. The tamper tape showing the camera was opened was broken so my guess is it was opened by someone that didn't know what they were doing and broke it and returned it. I could have ordered a replacement but didn't want to wait for 3 to 4 weeks for it to come from China ### ⭐ Stay away... No support... No HD... No zoom... No decent image quality... NOT A GOOD BUY... I don't really do reviews I just don't want someone else to suffer like I have. Sad part is it took so long to get it up and running that I missed the window to return it. First off it does not rotate up far enough to see straight out so I have to have it installed with a gap at the bottom to make up for that. Second there is NO zoom ablitiy at the end of getting the cam to work. Third there is NO support from the manufacture. I eventually got the seller to send me a firmware update to get the video to work again.It started out simple but then it reset and the video wouldn't come back. I spent plenty of time trying to get new firmware to update it but in the end the firmware I got disabled he zoom, which I had at the start before it died. The webapp is the only place the zoom would work anyway. Even after I get it all set up the quality is so bad it basically is only good for showing general what is happening. The focus doesn't work plus it is just off focus randomly through out the image not just close or far.... some close are fuzz and some is clear-ish and in the same frame some far stuff is fuzzy and some far stuff is clear-ish.I would be willing to update the poor review if I am provided the correct Firmware AND WebUI that allow the actual HD and Zoom abilities. ### ⭐⭐⭐ sent directly from China.......they have to improve their app/info *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on September 15, 2014* good camera but I'm struggling with their app deliver in a mini cd.
