Avocado Seed Straws - Longest Lasting 100% biodegradable Straws - 2000 count, 8.26" unwrapped

The straw itself works great. Picture is misleading showing the straws individually wrapped in paper. I received 2,000 straws unwrapped which will be hard to use because people are going to be concerned about the sanitary state of the straw.

As a bar owner, I've been looking to get away from plastic straws for awhile but the options I had experienced were just not good enough to motivate me to move on them, paper sucks, wheat straws are kinda small and weird. One of my staff found these straws made from avocado seeds and we tried them and we are in love. They hold up to hours in a glass of liquid, they have a nice touch to the lips, wheat straws don't, they create really good vacuum. The only bummer is they don't come in a shorter size right now, so we use a paper cutter to create our own 14cm straw size.

Very sturdy straws. They are not wrapped, so keep that in mind. But it makes sense: the whole point is that they are totally biodegradable, and are not made from oil based plastic. If you add wrapping, now there is more trash! If I have customers that want wrapped straws, they can just do without one at all.

Great quality! These don't disintegrate like paper straws do.After a lengthy conversation with my 4 and 2-year-old about a whale that died because of plastic straws in its stomach, we decided to switch to straws that are compostable. We tried paper straws but they all disintegrate.Once we tried these avocado straws from this supplier we fell in love with them and our kids love them!

This product is amazing!!! It is eco-friendly and excellent replacement for the plastic strows. I believe their target is families since each single strow is not raped in paper.
