South Shore Sweedi Organic Cotton and Pine Play Tent with Chalkboard

Awesome tent! I was looking for something that wasn’t a teepee (due to possible issues with cultural appropriation), but couldn’t find any other play tents that were neutral colors, cotton, and around this size. I was unsure about this one (based on negative reviews), but I took a chance because it’s so cute! I don’t understand how so many people had issues with assembly. We didn’t have any problems! At one point, the wood did seem to bend during assembly, but it didn’t break. We have had it for a couple of weeks and so far, it seems sturdy. I do wish it could fold up, but otherwise we are happy with it. My daughter LOVES it and enjoys the window. I like that it has curtains on both ends. It’s really beautiful!

Bought this item and I was so excited about it. It was the perfect size for my sons small room. The first purchase I was only half way through putting it together and it snapped while I was trying to put the canvas on. I tried to fix it with a couple screws but the wood is such poor quality it would just split. I returned the first purchase and got a new one. I was able to put the full thing together but there was so much pressure from the canvas the v front and back both snapped. Super bummed. There is not 3rd time is a charm.

Wanted to love this. But first off, it didn’t come with the hardware. Customer service sent the parts, but when putting together, one of the wood pieces cracked....

Tent does not collapse or fold up once assembled, despite what the manufacturer says in the questions here. Pieces are screwed together solid.

My toddler LOVES playing in his tent. The only thing that would make this perfect is if it was collapsable for easier storage. I would recommend this to anyone. It was easy to put together and it's held up very well to a rambunctious little kiddo. :)

Only thing not liked about this tent is it’s inability to collapse for storage.

Package did not come with hardware. We were setting it up for a birthday party so there was no time to wait on parts. VERY disappointing. Similar to other reviews, this does NOT fold as mentioned in the description/questions.

We absolutely love this tent. It isn’t meant to be disassembled and portable like the other stick type teepee tents so it screws in nice and tight and is super sturdy. That’s exactly what we wanted. We threw in 2 giant round floor pillows and it’s become our twins’ (and kitten’s) favorite hangout. It’s not very large though so once our kids grow a season we will probably get another one and make a little “village”. My kids are 4 and they don’t mind cramming in with the pillows but I would say this may not work if you have multiple kiddos using it past that age.

This is a great product for the money, my only complaint is unlike some similar tents you can not simple fold them to store them, you have to unscrew it which is not ideal .

Bought for Christmas. It's super cute... Good size. But overpriced for what you get. It's not super sturdy.

Great quality! Beautiful and very practical. The only thing I would change is that it's not possible to fold it to store it. You have to unassemble it to put ot away.

It is effortless to assemble, and my daughter is so happy with this tent.
