I had found that the frequent use of hand sanitizer dulls the shine of my diamond engagement ring, this silicone ring works with frequent handwashing and hand sanitizer foam use. It is small and light, so it doesn't interfere with my work or wearing gloves, either. I would suggest ordering up a size, however. I wear a size 5.5 ring, so, per manufacturer's suggestions, I ordered a size 6 in this, and even a half size larger, it still feels a little snug.
