This warmer is cute enough, but two things were a major disappointment. First, the "bricks" are just a sticker wrapped around the warmer and mine was already starting to peel off when it arrived. Secondly, the dish doesn't lift off to make it easier to clean. Cute, but cheaply made. I wouldn't recommend.

Really cute but the top doesn't cone off to clean or change your melts. You have to unplug and wipe out the whole unit. Can't change the bulb once it burns out either. Was hoping the bulb would flicker for a more realistic fireplace effect but it doesn't.

I really like this warmer. It's prettier then the picture, I have used all types of wax melts and it does a great job. The size is perfect as well. Highly recommend this.

Cute item but I was very disappointed to find it did not actually flicker like a fireplace. I had reviewed questions here and misread and had thought it would be like a mini electric fireplace. Still cute but not what I had wanted. *That will teach me not to order something on Amazon in middle of night/early AM when I have insomnia! (Sigh)

Gets very hot which is a pro....but all that heat has taken the finish off of the melting cup

I'm used to Scentsy warmers, so in judging this product against something I've used for 20 years may not be fair, but it certainly informs.My pet peeves:1) The cord is almost absurdly short, curtailing its placement to one spot in my home.2) The 'bulb' is a two prong thing, and very hot. I can touch a Scentsy warmer anywhere when it's on because the bulbs are for warming only. This bulb means I cannot touch the unit until it's been turned off and has a chance to cool down.In overheating (to me), it drains the scent from the wax with amazing speed. I'm used to scents lasting days, not an hour.3) Because the bulb is so bright the light coming through the glass is also. I was able to cook a meal by its light last night. It is not a 'soft glow'.4) It came chipped; just the lip, which reminds me of limestone, with all its properties.I gave it three stars because it did light and did melt the wax. So, it works. It just doesn't work the way I wanted it - and needed it to, so really: 1 star.

So for the goods, it was shipped fast -loved that- I didn't have to wait not even a day for it. Second good is- packaging was well, wasn't broke and look pretty.Now the bad- didn't get hot enough to even melt the wax. After 5 hours of letting it try and heat up the pics is the resultBy the max not being able to melt no scent was released. Nothing.. was a waste of time and money.Although it looked great it didn't do what it was bought to do, if u just want a light this is perfect. But if u want a wax warmer to release a fragrance around your room then NOPE this is not the one.

This warmer is beautiful but after being told it was a 22 watt warmer from Candle Warmers I found out its actually only 13 watts. I wouldn't of bought it if id of known that. It doesnt melt the wax all the way no matter how little I put in it or what type of wax I use there's always a ring around it unmelted and I get no scent throw at all. Im now stuck with a warmer than I cant use.

Von Weitem sieht die Duftlampe sehr schön aus. Sie funktioniert auch, obwohl sich das Wachs nicht komplett bis zum Rand verflüssigt.Direkt negativ aufgefallen ist mir, dass die Außenseite des Kamins nur beklebt ist (Papiersticker). Es waren dadurch schon kleine Kratzer beim Auspacken zu sehen. Die komplette Lampe ist aus Kunststoff, also auch der Wachsbehälter oben.Das Kaminfeuer sieht nur von unten oder weiter weg gut aus. Ansonsten kann man nämlich ins Innere der Lampe schauen und sieht die LED, die Schrauben etc.Unpraktisch ist auch, dass das Oberteil, in dem das Wachs geschmolzen wird, fest mit dem Rest verbunden ist. Ich habe jetzt noch keine Erfahrung mit dem Auswechseln der Melts gemacht, stelle es mir aber schwierig vor.

Lovely warmer, I've been looking for this style for some time. Heats up well and gives a lovely glow, will be using as a bedside lamp. Unfortunately when received the glass insert was partly broken. Still usable if you put the hole away from sight. Must have been like this when it was put in the box as there is no external damage. Not sending for replacement as there is no more in stock.

This unit is not worth the money. It's very cheap looking. The bulb is halogen which cannot be changed. If left on too long it starts to melt the top and burn the wax, making for a horrible smell. The unit does not heat evenly, meaning the wax on the outside doesn't get melted. Difficult to clean. I've stopped using this for the bad smell and fear of fire. Would not recommend.

The top is not removable so it is very difficult to remove the wax. I had to put parchment paper in to remove the wax easily. With the parchment paper it does not heat the wax enough to scent the room. Too late to send back. Not worth 65 dollars.

horrible:(I mean beautifulbut broke top had become protect layer that peeled.only top dollar scentcy cube went inyet one use later this protective layer peelednow the smell is mind blowing strong:(
