This works...kinda
I watched the videos and tried this many times. It looks so simple for the bottle to break apart easily but after trying on many bottles of different thicknesses I gave up. Going back and forth between the hot/boiling water and the cold water really requires a lot of patients to get the process right.I tried my best but at the end of the day I won't use it.

When used as instructed, this device works great. I've used it to cut around 20 bottles so far, and it gives a clean break edge. Have used it on standard size beer bottles, bomber size beer bottles, but haven't tried wine bottles or growlers yet.Be careful around the cutting bit, as any slight misuse can result in significant damage to the blade, and it will not longer score properly.

I am disappointed. Watching all the videos it look so easy ...
I am disappointed. Watching all the videos it look so easy when seperating. It works on thin beer bottles. When it come to thick wine bottle it doesn't separate easily at all. I even use hot water from the kettle. I got the scoring down.
