First of all, I have never reviewed any product on Amazon until now. I believe in this product, so I had to make others aware of its benefits. I have taken other Turmeric Curcumin in the past with little or no results until my friend at work gave me a bottle of this product to try. At first, I was very skeptical because of my past experience with the other brands I had purchased. I started taken them only because my knees were hurting so much, and I do not like taking pain medication. However, I was pleasantly surprised to note the difference in my knees and after 3 weeks my knees felt so much better. I have spread the good news to all my friends and family members and other co-workers. Moreover, anyone who wants the benefits from this product should really try this.When the capsules she gave me were finished my pain came back and that is when I realized how good they were. Unlike the other ones that I had taken in the past these actually felt like I had taken pain medication with the added bonus of heart health, antioxidant properties, immune system boost, improved brain function and more proven effective benefits of turmeric curcumin. With that in mind I had to order my own ASAP. I just received my order today and I am so excited to finally get back on track taking these capsules. Turmeric is one of those spices that everyone has heard of but no one really knows HOW it can benefit them. First, I want to point out the difference in turmeric and curcumin because they are different, but work together to create something really awesome. Turmeric itself is a spice from the turmeric plant, while curcumin is the main ACTIVE ingredient in the turmeric plant. When you buy "Turmeric Curcumin" you're really buying that powerful active ingredient - an anti-inflammatory that's packed with antioxidants and so incredibly beneficial for so many health problems. It isn't a magic cure, but it is a must-have! I live with Fibromyalgia, CFS, and IBS-D with rapid gastric emptying. I see my primary care doctor regularly. Before I even opened the bottle, I took it to her to make sure it was safe for me to take because I also take prescription medicines. She checked the bottle and its ingredients and approved of the supplement. She told me to stop taking it if I experience any GI upset as some people, especially those with digestive issues, can experience stomach upset when using Turmeric Curcumin. For $15, this supplement is a MUST-HAVE and I confidently recommend it. Just be sure to check with your healthcare provider if you're taking prescription medications. I like that Turmeric is very good for your body. We cook with it a lot. I know that the black pepper is very good also. I put black pepper on my eggs only. Don`t like salt on my eggsso I just use pepper only. I ran across you product on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. I have only a few more days left of the capsuls. I thinkthat after the next months supply that I will know how it is doing for my body. I know it suppose to help my brain. I just wish it would help the Tunnitis that I have. I am using the Turmeric Curcumin for my self to keep my body healthy.

I know is crazy what I did to force my body to resist pain for more then a week but it wasn't that bed because I also star taking Evening Primrose Oil and it has been a great help but. I needed something as good or better to feel confident to stop definitely the anti-inflammatory and keep it natural as mushes I can, this two product together make a good duo the TURMERIC CURCUMIN that's what I really need it I'm so happy and feel good!! Okay, I don’t know where to start . I’ve been taking Tumeric for the past month for arthritic pain. Back, hips, shoulder neck and knee pain. I’ve taken just about every pain medication you can name over time to help reduce the pain. It took a bit of time before it began to work so you need to give it time. This particular combination of tumeric and curcumin is it for me. I’m able to get along with this and a couple extra strength Tylenol a day now. The reason for the Tylenol is for my knees. Nothing seems to completely take that discomfort away when going up and down steps. Still it’s great to feel this good again. Hope it works for you too.

I thought that I didn't need Turmeric/Curcumin because my joints had not bothered me for several years - the amount of time I was taking T/C. So, I decided to stop taking it - not just because I had no joint pain, but also because the brand I was using upset my stomach a bit. What a mistake...not only did my knees begin to ache, but places I didn't even know I had began throbbing. I did some research and discovered that the other ingredients in Farm Haven's T/C helped with absorption and stomach upset. I've only been taking this product for a week, but the difference in my knees is almost miraculous. I have no pain whatsoever - and no stomach upset. I take 3 capsules/day and am pain-free. I've learned my lesson...I'll continue to take Farm Haven's T/C, especially if I have no pain. I think the positive that came out of this "experiment" is that I am taking a brand that works better and is easy on the stomach. UPDATE: (January) There was a web site on the top of the bottle where one could get a free bottle. I went to the site, filled in a bit of info and received a free bottle! That's a $20.00 value! Not only does Farm Haven's Turmeric/Curcumin work very well, but the company's PR is terrific. Really, try this...the only thing you might loose is the pain in your joints. UPDATE: (February) I received an email with a 15% coupon off my NEXT bottle. I love this company as much as their product.

I've been using this for about 2 weeks. I read that turmeric, particular with 95% Curcumin and blend of Black pepper extract is very good for you, and helps with your workout and to loose weight. This bottle also states it helps with anti inflammatory response, promotes join and muscle comfort, and supports cardiovascular health(these were all the reasons why I bought). I know that in other countries, such as Japan, they use Turmeric as a hangover medication also. The pills have a hint smell of the Turmeric, but it's not overwhelming, and it's quite nice smell. I can't pin point any difference in my life, at this 2 weeks mark, but I plan to keep using it.
