I bought a size 4. I'm 5'8" weigh about 160lbs. Jacket fits well. Pants are the snug part. Is it actually 14oz? I don't know. It's thinner than my proforce. But stiffer. Especially the tie strings. Like a 12oz. With a ton of starch.
