Earl Lube Artist Acrylic Clear Paste & Sealer - 32oz

Just received my Earl Lube Industries paste and I gotta say, I am super happy with the results so far. No more stinky wheat paste for me, this stuff smells minty fresh, doesn't spoil & is great to work with. I'll be ordering plenty more!

Ehhh i could peel off pieces of paper from where they had previously been pasted for a collage. I guess thats cool if youre trying to fix something houve already laid down but ideally you dont want to be able to peel pieces of magazine off a piece of paper if youve pasted it on...

I ordered this for a clear gesso coating, so I can watercolor in my coloring books. As a artist I found it a excellent way to practice shading techniques. This product does ok for it but not like a name brand clear gesso. With this product, you must use a very good watercolor brand. “ Windsor and Newton or another top brand” if not the color will leave streaking in the colors you put down. Which is not pleasant.

I liked that it is a clear primer. You do need to put a few coats on to keep the paint from seeping through. No odor great. Quick drying awesome. Price was not bad.

Unlike my other glues/pastes I buy in larger quantities, this doesn't have a very long shelf life. After about a year or so, it smells and now has a watery consistency. I can no longer use it on card/chipboard surfaces.
