Our puppy loves this and we feel very confident when we have to leave him in it that he will not get hurt! Very solidly built and sturdy. Great that it has wheels and a big door for your fur baby to easily get in and out of. Not too keen on the top opening and closing feature because it has actually come off on us when opening, and actually spooking our little guy inside, and me! Takes a few additional seconds to put it back on as well, but we just don't use that feature any longer!
