As someone who had to sit for long periods at work during my pregnancy and dealt with constant back discomfort, this wiggle seat was such a game changer for me. It made sitting for extended hours feel much more manageable and comfortable, and I loved that I could adjust the firmness to what felt best for my body each day. I also appreciated that it encouraged me to sit more mindfully instead of slouching, which really helped during long desk days. It’s sturdy, well made, and easy to inflate or deflate depending on your preference. I’ve continued to use it even after pregnancy, and it’s still holding up great. This wobble cushion is fantastic and has been a great tool for helping with sitting focus and posture. Having a job requiring long hours of work sitting at a computer and getting older, I decided to try this to work on balance and maybe core muscle tone. Within 10 minutes of using it, I developed migraine onset symptoms. Granted, I can get a migraine from the simplest of changes in my environment but this was telling. The result of using the wobble cushion indicated to me that it was having a positive effect on my muscles. I am able to use it for seated streching exercises which are a series of 15 one minute stretches. For that activity, I find it annoying because I really have to concentrate on balancing. That is not a criticism but another indication that it is effective - it is doing what it should. As long as you are willing to work with the cushion, it is a terrific adjunct to a fitness plan.

It's amazing and the quality hits home

I love the size color and strength of this wobble. The only thing that really annoys me is that when I blow it up to capacity, the side has like a bend and dip kind of thing going on, like it is folds in on one side, so it makes it harder to stand balance, but it is possible so, after much considering of returning it, I kept it due to the fact it still works for Sit- wobble but would not try to do balance standing. Teal.

An excellent addition to home fitness! So helpful for loosening your back muscles and for core awareness so to have good posture and build core strength. Standing with both feet on it is great for ankle strengthening and balance then do one leg balance and feel the challenge. Using it for forearm planking is super good and for pressure points on your feet it is excellent. Very easy to incorporate into your day. Be creative with it and reap rewards!

This has been a really great product. I've been setting up a work-from-home office and suffer back pain after an injury that sitting for long periods can make flare-up. I was about to buy a new, ergonomic office chair to help my back pain, but hesitated and decided to try this instead as an intermediate measure. I don't regret it and haven't been shopping for chairs since. I've had a really sturdy but otherwise not ideal old retro steel-and-vinyl kitchen chair with a wide seat at my desk at home for years, and I almost always worked outside of the house before the pandemic so it was fine for the few hours a week I spent working at home. The pain isn't a joke lately, though, and I'm really glad I got this. The chair's seat is large enough that the cushion doesn't take up the whole thing, so I can shift around on it without getting anywhere near it sliding off (it also isn't slippery, but it's nice to not worry about). The texture is nice, I love the color options (the aqua blue looks as pictured), and I don't really notice that I'm sitting on it most of the time. I read some reviews of other products where people noticed a big impact in their core muscles, and I'm not sure if it just doesn't hit me that way or if the build of the other cushions works differently, but this has totally relieved my pain from sitting. I bought a previously-returned item in 'like new' condition, gave it a clean, and pumped it up a tiny bit. It's held up ever since, maybe deflated a bit but nothing needing refilling after a couple of months. I'm not even sure I know where the pump is since I used it on the first day (oops). I sit on this thing for six hours a day at 150ish lbs and a tendency to fidget, reposition, and rock back and forth often. I haven't tried it as a workout item yet but it seems sturdy enough. If you're having back pain and dreading the chair shopping, definitely consider it!

Smaller than expected

Purchase this for my kiddo who has a hard time sitting still at the dinner table- I had to get a second one for my other kid as it was a hit! They can wiggle but stay longer on their chairs now without spilling their food etc. AND, they double for them as stepping ‘stones’ during play time. As an adult I’ve sat on them on a chair at the table and it helps my back and is okay for comfort, I’ve also used for workout purposes, so on multiple levels it was a good buy. Comes with an air pump and needle- it comes partially inflated- actually the right size for the kids. I’ve cleaned it a couple times just in the sink with soap and water and a scrub brush- does the trick!
