Works great!
We have a commercial tenderizer for large processing jobs. Cleaning it is a process and not worth the trouble for small jobs. This hand held works as well as the commercial machine for a lot less money and clean. Unless you process an entire animal frequently, this is the way to go.

Used it on venison and works as advertised! Easy cleanup in warm soapy water let air dry overnight , great value , I expect many years of use.
