This is my first time using a Wireless UHF Microphone and what I got in result is simply awesome. I never expected that the audio would sound so natural but it did. Right now, I am in the verge of trying different microphones including USB mics and most of them had disappointed me and I have thrown them out or returned them from my Gear Vault but this one excels the chart and has not disappointed me until of now.

Gets the job done
This is obviously a budget system. I don't do a lot of video so it was good enough for what I need to do. That said... Don't like the fact that both mics come in on one channel. Materials are reasonably good. Range is reasonably good. Case is functional but could be better. Sound quality is just a little suspect. Little bit of audio gain in the background that you'll need to remove in post.

“Rugged Metal” is really CHEAP plastic
Description claims this is a “Rugged metal construction for excellent electrical characteristics and mechanical strength” when it’s really just cheap plastic. You have to comb through the Q&A just to find out that the “metal” only refers to the W-10 model. Very unclear.

Not worth the high price tag and the reviews are not factual to the product I received.
The biggest reason I returned these is they are not metal as advertised or even spoken of in other reviews. Not sure why they lowered the quality to very cheap plastic and horrible sound quality or if the descriptions were just a lie in the first place but overall very disappointed. Not worth the expensive price tag when I wouldn't even pay $50, which I guess is what they should be going for. They also didn't work with my phone or my laptop until I plugged the receiver into a sound board and a different camera only to have them cut in and out while attempting to record in very poor sound quality that I wasn't able to clear up much through OBS. I wouldn't recommend these budget quality lapels until the price more accurately matches what you would get.

Confusing and COmplicated
This was an extremely confusing and complicated product to set up and use. It cannot be used right out of the box.
