The chair material quality is superb, I am happy with the product2. Reclining mechanism is good3. Easy to assemble(though no manual was given). Took only 5-10 minutes4. Tilt is good5. Comfotability- spacious and extremely comfortable. If I recline with some tilt I fall asleep6. Build quality is great, its really sturdy. Like I mentioned Ed, it's a beastCons:1. Delayed delivery. The chair was delivered more than a week late2. Logistics service used by seller was bad. Rivigo is the worst logistic company I have ever seen. They mention product is out for delivery they don't contact you nor they provide a number. And when you check the status, it says first attempt undelivered though you are at home all the time and no one has come. The product was damaged at the back a little (luckily all mechanism working), looks like Rivigo just threw the chair here and there3. Couple of nuts and bolts were loose which I had to tighten it myself during assemblyOverall a great chair you will love it.Advice for the seller: go with FedEx or bluedart who are better than Rivigo ### ⭐ Dont Buy any Ladki products including this share *by A***H on Reviewed in India on 4 December 2020* It's a fraud company. I brought this chair seeing the quality check and 5-year warranty. It's all false promise. All the numbers listed of the company are fake, half of them don't work and the other half no one picks up.It's just been 4-5 months, the chair broke, it's tiled towards the back and the recline mechanism doesn't work at all.
