Works Perfectly. Its hard to resist making more brownies and scones
I received it faster than I expected and was excited to temper it. I slowly heated it and spritzed it with light vegetable oil a few times, wiped it off, then did it again until I was sure it was seasoned and aged well. We made 3 things in 3 days to try it. First came a regular brownie mix. I've never had brownies so good. More than just the sides being done like regular edge pieces, they had another dimension. Not sure what made the difference. Then came some corn bread. Really. really cooked perfectly. Then my wife did some scones. OMG. I need to go on a diet. Nothing stuck to the pan. Everything came out easily. I washed the pan with a tiny amount of soap and water and then heated it up slightly on the stove and squirted it again with oil and wiped it down. It was ready to go. I'm really pleased.

This is great to get crispy individual slices of cornbread for those southern cooks!

perfect cornbread
Loving the moist corn bread and no wasted muffin cups, easier to clean. I do spray it with non stick butter spray, fantastic pan, I am thinking about buying another.

Handy Little Skillet
This is a nice skillet. I have not mastered "hot water cornbread" in it so far. It is not due to the skillet. I think it's my limited cooking skills. Lol. My next project is making regular cornbread and seeing if I can improve on my cornbread outcome.

Cleaning is better after reseasoning.
was supposed to be preseason when I got it. Cooked cornbread that night in it as instructions said and it all stuck, had to scrape them out of pan. left residue in the pan so had to soak in sink over night to loosen remains and reseasoned.Update: I changed my star rating to 4 now. After reseasoning the pan the proper way it worked good this time. Once it cools off will only need to wipe out with dry paper towel.

Awesome Item
What a great item. Very well-made and perfectly pre-seasoned - doesn't really need greasing. If you use the recipe that was on the old Aunt Jemima corn meal packages and put 1/3 cup batter in each triangle section the cornbread comes out perfectly.

I love this pan! It cooks perfect cornbread!❤️
I love this pan!!! First time using it and it was perfect!!! Did not stick. The cornbread turned out great! Just be sure to heat the pan with a little oil in it before pouring the batter in. I love it! ❤️* I have used this pan for months and love it even more!! It has never made anything less than perfect cornbread! Never sticks and no clean up! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
