I have fine, thin hair. This is the best product I've found. I'm almost done with my second tube, and the third tube is standing by.

I ordered this because my hair was so baby soft and started using this and my hair feels thicker. It’s the texture that’s different.

I have a lot of hair but it’s fine,it’s sits just below my shoulder and is wavy ( very fine blond/gray strands,I am 64 and try to air dry)..I am taking care to make sure my hair stays healthy.this gel reminds me of dippity do..I used it with magnetic rollers and let it air dry,it does add thickness and can sure hold the curls.plus this gel is not sticky at all. Blow dry or air dry,I would recommend this.to me it is worth the price point.

As I have aged, my hair has thinned considerably. I've tried many, many different products to give my hair a little lift or some body; nothing has lasted more than a couple of hours (and if it rained I was sunk!). I have used this product every day and it delivers beautifully! My "lift" lasts all day and through the evening. My hair looks thicker and healthier; frankly, I look ten years younger! I use about a dime sized portion, rub it on both hands and then through my (short) hair. Finish up with a round brush and blow dryer. I look great all day (and I've gotten the compliments to prove it). I highly recommend this product and I'm now a believer!

I feel like I've tried them all but I always keep coming back to Nioxin Thickening Gel. It only takes a small amount and it distributes easily through my hair. I can get a comb/brush through my hair as I blow dry it (some thickening gels are so sticky they actually tangle my hair). It gives my hair a little oomph without dulling the shine. I've probably been using it for at least 10 years and don't foresee making a change. It's a keeper.

Well, I guess it works ok, just ok. Not good enough for me to get past the cheap hairspray scent this gel has to it. And it lingers!

Wow! So I never have written a review but I had to on this product. I have short, soft hair but struggling to find a product to give it volume without weighing it down. I’ve tried so many. I tried this and I couldn’t believe the difference. I have more volume, the look is smooth and stylish. Even my daughter commented on my hair this morning. Thank you for the reviews and convincing me to buy this product. I am more than thrilled! Amazing!
