Ordered this on a Monday for our niece for her baptism the coming Sunday. I already knew it would arrive after her baptism. It arrived promptly the following Tuesday morning well packaged and as pictured. The engraving is crisp and the wood frame is beautiful. The wood itself appears to be good quality solid wood. I would definitely recommend this frame and the company, and am considering this for my own children’s baptism as well.

Good quality! My product was delivered with the packaging all beat up and glass in the frame broke. I had to swap out glass from another frame I already had because it was a gift I didn’t have time to wait for another one to be made. I messaged seller just to give them a heads up that their shipping service is really busting up their packages, or maybe this was an isolated incident... within a couple hours they issued me half a refund and apology for the inconvenience. I will order from a company like this again! Amazing customer service!

Beautiful frame and well made, but the date had no periods or dashes so the numbers for the date run on and it doesn't look as good as it should.
