There is lining inside. Skirt length is 17.7 inches / 45 cm and lining length is 15 inches / 38 cm. Thank you very much. **Q: Does this skirt have a lot of stretch??** A: It has a lot of stretch. It has a thick elastic waist band. Also has lots lo layers to be able to fluff as big as you would like. I will wear mine every year to the parade! **Q: I need one for my sissy maid costume, is this the stiffest one? I need skirt to really be wide** A: This skirt is stiff and it's really wide! I would recommend it if you want really good quality tulle that's stiff and wide!  **Q: My tutu skirt was balled up in a bag, how can I get the wrinkles out of it ?** A: If you've an iron with a steam setting, you can keep it on a pants hanger & WITHOUT TOUCHING the actual tutu let the steam penetrate and release the wrinkles starting at the bottom of the skirt. Be very careful (you may want to put an over mit over your hand) as the most will be very hot and you can easily burn yourself. Another option is to keep the skirt hung in the bathroom during a couple of hot showers- that may do the trick. An easier solution that will cost you a couple bucks is to take it to a dry cleaner- they can probably do it right then & there as they can flash steam it and quickly remove the wrinks. I bought this to use for a ghost costume - my almost-3-year-old was so adorable! The waist was too big and I panicked a bit when I saw it - I knew it was an adult size so I thought I might need to safety-pin it so it would have been OK. But it had a drawstring and we used that and it worked perfectly! (Drawstring is on the inside of the waist so you wouldn't see it if you are an adult and that matters to you!) It came to her ankles, which was perfect for her ghost costume. It was a great quality - there was a lining PLUS another layer of white fabric over it, then the tulle. It was nice and pouffy and adorable. You wouldn't need to wear anything under it but we're in MN so halloween is cold around here and she wore black pants under the skirt. This would be great for a bride-to-be at a bachelorette party for sure. It also came with a nice zip-type plastic bag to store it in.
