This supplement does the job.. my legs had started getting a weird sensation only at night a few months ago . So I started taking electrolytes but sometimes it would not work. This brand seems to be effective. Electrolyte balance is tricky, and can be dangerous. I don't take the full 4700 mg the FDA recommends. For me, just 3- 99mg a day seems adequate. Too much can be dangerous, which is why you never see potassium supplements in more than 99gr. If I stop taking it for more than a day, I notice when I get up in the morning, my body is very sore, and achy. I've also noticed I get more agitated, cranky, when I don't take it. I do make sure to balance it with other electrolytes, Magnesium and unprocessed salt.
