Worked great. killed the bugs on contact and haven't seen any again since. fingers crossed that we got them all.

Seems to be working
I've been using the spray and laundry additive for a while now. I know the spray kills on contact because I saw it happen with my own eyes. Unfortunately, the spray has no residual effect. I've been using the laundry additive, washing in HOT water only. I didn't see any point in the claim that it works in all temperatures, when you still need to dry clothes on HIGH HEAT. I use it mostly for peace of mind. One IMPORTANT note, the directions say to "add 1 cap full (1 oz) to each load of laundry". The problem is the cap does NOT measure 1 oz! It only measures about 1/2 oz. I contacted the company about it, and they realized that after recently changing the packaging, they neglected to update the instructions. They sent me a free bottle for my trouble. That was nice.

It works
I had bites and did not know where they came from. My friend told ma about this and said she uses it regularly ( when washing her sheets) . I used it and “ presto! “ no more bites!

Yes, It really works!
I works well on all types of clothing. I even mix it with other cleaners to clean my couch. The clothing and couch are cleaned and feel soft. I like all the products by this company. Thank you!

The merchant was prompt in correcting a shipping problem. Much appreciated. Product is easy to use and not smelly. Thank you for acting so promptly to rectify the USPS problem. We use this spray every spring when we do spring cleaning. We also use it in our RV. I recommend this product.

Organic, but Is It Strong Enough?
This is a unique product that I was surprised at how well it works and it works fairly well with the exception of the stated duration and its ability to kill the eggs. I spray this more on surfaces more often than specified on the site and then the critters get use to the product and it does not seem as effective. Oh it does something but not everything as promised on the advertisement
