Blended blue, interesting, nice texture
Cobra talens water soluble oils are some of the nicest water-mixable oils out there for their textures, the variety of single pigment colors and the price. This is a blended blue, but a nice color that allows for shortcuts when you don't want to mix it yourself. A warmish pale blue.
